- FREE Consultation & Discovery
We communicate with you to determine the best solutions for your needs, and to understand how your business functions and what goals need to be met online. We dont just hope to find out what you want on your website and what you want it to look like. We strive to understand what the web can do for your business.
- Proposal & Contract
Once we have an understanding of your business and its goals, we provide you with a clear and consise contract outlining the project that we propose. This includes detailed pricing and a timeline for the project.
- Continued Discovery & Planning
Once we agree on the direction of the project, we continue communication with you to finalize the preliminary site plan and design objectives.
- Website Structure Documentation
We then provide you with a sitemap document to outline the architecture of the website. This includes all pages and naming of navigation items, as well as content placement objectives and the role of dynamic functions.
- Hosting Setup
We create a development environment on an Interaction Works web server where your site will be created. This area later becomes the live website.
- Design Concepts
By now we have a very clear understanding of what your website will be. We can then work to create interface design concepts to present to you. We collaborate to achieve a design that we all feel is effective in communicating your message and representing your brand and its identity.
- Website Structure Creation
Once the interface design is approved, we build that design into all of the necessary templates that will make up your website. These templates ultimately become the completed pages.
- Custom Development
Our team develops any custom applications, content integration methods, databases, or other special functions that are part of the project.
- Content Management Extranet Integration
Dynamic functions and custom applications are integrated into an Extranet administration website where you will control the content and customer management.
- Dynamic Content Integration
Once the Extranet is managing the information, we build those functions into the website so it displays that information within your custom design and style parameters.
- Content Placement
We train and assist you in using the Intuitive Content Management tools to populate your website content, and we also place any static content into the website for you.
- Revisions and Refinement
The site is tested, reviewed, and re-tested to assure quality throughout all pages. Refinements are implemented where necessary.
- Launch
Your new website goes live to the public.
